Do you want to make cheese commercially? Or ice cream? Or yogurt?

Then this might be a class you want to attend.

Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County is hosting a free class (with lunch included) about “Getting Started in Dairy Processing” (i.e. making cheese, yogurt, ice cream, etc) on April 30, 2012 from 10 am to 1 pm.  Two of our favorite people are teaching it: Rob Ralyea from Cornell University, Food Science Department and Theresa Gonzalez, Ag & Markets, Milk Control, the milk inspector who helped us get up and running. Register at 845-344-1234 by April 27th.

Bring your questions because these guys really know their stuff.

What other dates do you have for this class? I would love to learn how to make my own cheese…but I won’t be in NY on that date.
