Cheese please!

We tested the used JayBee Precision vat yesterday and made a 20 gallon batch of goat’s milk parmesan.  Still alot of kinks to work out but how nice to finally be in the creamery experimenting.

These wheels will go into brine later today and then be aged in our cave for a year before we can taste them.
