As it is still October, we will continue to have our seasonal treat of Pumpkin Spice Canterbury.  We use our own Canterbury soft goat cheese and mix it with a fresh pumpkin compote with honey and pumpkin pie spices to create a creamy, tangy delicacy that is complimented with a savory pumpkin pie taste and a sweet finish.  Think pumpkin cheese cake in your mouth!

We finally opened up a wheel of our two year old goat parm and packaged it to sell at the markets this weekend. You may remember we opened up our first wheel in August so we could taste it and send it out to reviewers (you can find our reviewers’ impressions on our facebook page). The stuff is pure gold and since there are so few wheels (4 left in the cave now), we were considering keeping it for ourselves! This goat parm is the very first batch of cheese we made in our vat when we were licensed in November 2011 so it is very special to us.
