What a wash out it was last week! We missed seeing you all!
Edgwick Farm will be to be at FOUR farmer’s markets this week:
Wednesday: Talitha will be at the outdoors Town Of Cornwall Farmers Market from noon to 6 pm. Dorothy, the six month old baby goat will be visiting at 4 to 5 pm.
Friday: Both Dan and Talitha will be at the Goshen Farmers’ Market from 10 am to 5 pm.
Saturday: Cara will be at the The Ringwood Farmers’ Market from 9 am to 1 pm.
Sunday: Both Dan and Talitha will be at the Beacon Farmers’ Market from 10 am to 3 pm.
Due to staffing issues, we will miss Cornwall on Saturday and can no longer attend Cold Spring Farmer’s Market.
Our special October seasonal pairing is Pumpkin Spice Canterbury. And we have ripe Firthcliffe and young Firthcliffe (ash), Aleck Meadow (herbs de provence) and Idlewild (plain), our goat bloomy rind cheeses.
What else can you find at our market table? Canterbury fresh goat cheese, Marinated Canterbury, Rosemary Fig Canterbury, Moodna goat feta in wedges and crumbles and Sackett Ridge goat cheddar and the 2015 Funny Child goat tomme washed with Beanhead Coffee Porter from Rushing Duck.
Half gallons of pasteurized milk are done for the season (available again in late January) but you can still grab a cup of fresh chocolate goat milk to quench your thirst at market.
